Welcome to the website of Dr. Michael Musgrove, General Practitioner and Psychiatry Resident at Seton Shoal Creek Hospital in Austin, TX (more).  Here you will find information on scheduling an appointment with Dr. Musgrove to meet your mental health needs. After-hours appointments are available, and we are currently scheduling new patients.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please contact us at [512]964-6992.  We will set up an appointment as soon as possible. Adults (18+) only.  Please bring any medications, labs or imaging results you may have if possible. Also, bring your insurance card. Currently we accept cash, check or money order at the time of service. Although we are out-of-network with most insurances, we will file a claim with your insurance provider on your behalf. You may be eligible for reimbursement from your health insurance provider under certain plans (e.g. PPO's).  Call us or your insurance provider for more information.

Emergencies:  Although we offer after-hours services by appointment, we are not a crisis or emergency clinic. If you are feeling suicidal, homicidal and/or cannot wait for an appointment for any reason, please call 9-1-1 or a local psychiatric hospital or emergency hotline. Suicidal or homicidal individuals need hospitalization immediately.
